The annual GANS (Young Single Adult) Conference was held in Pescara this year. Michael and I gave the Opening Address and talked about being missionaries. While we were in Pescara, Michael interviewed some of our missionaries serving in that area and then we went to church with them in Pescara before heading home.
Several of the senior couples serving in our mission who are involved with the Young Single Adults attended the conference. The fun thing for us was that we saw several of our former missionaries who have returned home and are now very active in the GANS program.
The theme for their activities centered around games and they had some really cute, innovative decorations.
