We're looking forward to the day we finally work out all the bugs and our electronic Leader's Conference runs smoothly. Just when we think everything is perfect and ready to go, we find out we're wrong. We brought four zones to Rome so we only had to hook up with four other zones. We had to use two computers instead of one. All four zones could hear us, but we could only hear back from three of them. If that zone really wanted to comment on something, they would write it on paper and hold it up to the camera. It made for an interesting conference, but we think everyone eventually found out everything they needed to know.
