Opening the Golden Envelopes is the highlight of the evening for every missionary. They have dreamed about this day and wondered where in Italy they would serve first and with whom. This is a moment worthy of a drum roll. One of the new missionaries who has only been a member three years nearly cried when he opened his envelope and found out he was going to Ladispoli because the missionaries who converted him were from Ladispoli. God knows what he is doing.
