Once transfers are complete and all the new Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders are in place, we hold a Capi Conferenza (Leaders Conference). This is a time when the leaders from all over the mission meet together. Because of the size of the Italy Rome Mission, this is a huge undertaking. Instead of flying missionaries into Rome or having them make long train rides, we are attempting to do it electronically because it should be much easier and quicker and definitely much less expensive and time consuming. And it would be, except that we haven't perfected the technology in our mission and the two senior missionaries who really understood the technology have both returned home. Either one of two things will happen. Either we will figure it out or we will have someone sent to our mission who knows how to do it. We just have to exercise a little faith.
The theme for this conference was "Do Not Fear" and centered around a scripture in Exodus.
Exodus 20:20
And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you,
and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.
