The Napoli Branch just moved into a different building; one that is much easier to find and closer to the bus station. It was decided to hold the zone conference there this time because it is more centrally located and easily accessible. It worked out great.
President Waddoups spent a lot of time at this conference going over the Mission Standard of Excellence which was established in October of 2013. The goal is to reach 40 baptisms per month. We haven't reached that goal yet, but we have gotten as high as 28 per month. We all have faith we will eventually reach that goal. We have 8 zones in the mission. If every zone baptizes 5 people in a month, we can reach the goal of 40 baptisms. That's 40 individuals with a desire to Come Unto Christ and it's the number needed to fill an endowment room in the Rome Italy Temple.
