The Sister Training Leaders talked about the word "Optimize". To optimize means to use everything you have in the most productive way. Working with members helps optimize the work.
They brought a Christmas wreath with most of the lights not working. They told how some of the lights worked and that was good but it would be better if more of the lights worked. That's like missionary work. We are a bright light, but our light would be better if we were more productive. If they visited more members that would help more lights come on. At this time they replaced one of the missing lights and another section of lights came on. They talked about other things they could do to be more effective and bit by bit all the lights on the wreath came on.

Many members of the Church have fears about doing missionary work. Many are unsure where to begin or what to say. Many fear that they will lose close friends is they try to share the gospel with them. There are many ways to help the members.
