We have been fascinated by the size and shape of olive tree trunks. As we drove from Bari to Lecce, we saw some of the most unique trunks yet. Many of them are over a hundred years old. They are magnificent.
We saw a little place that makes olive oil so we stopped to buy some freshly pressed olive oil. The lady we bought it from invited us to take a quick peek at their production facility.
