The Zone Leaders talked about trust and accountability. Each missionary has a ministerial certificate signed by President Thomas S. Monson. Heavenly Father and President Monson have trust in missionaries. It is up to us to prove ourselves worthy of that trust.

The Sister Training Leader addressed the topic of how to be a successful missionary and taught that missionaries must have the Spirit with them to be successful missionaries because it is the Spirit of the Holy Ghost that converts people. She had the missionaries read some scriptures about the Spirit.
2 Nephi 21:2
And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom
and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might,
the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
D&C 42:14-15
And the Spirit shall be given unto you by the prayer of faith;
and if ye receive not the Spirit ye shall not teach.
And all this ye shall observe to do as I have commanded concerning
your teaching, until the fulness of my scriptures is given.
