It takes us at least six hours to drive to Taranto. We stopped at a water buffalo dairy on the way and bought some fresh cheese--it was so fresh we had to wait ten minutes for them to finish making it. We cut it up with a plastic knife and put it on Ritz crackers. We didn't have a tailgate party, but we did have a hood party.
