The zone leaders centered their adestramento around the topic "Being Bold" with missionaries, members, and investigators and emphasized the point that we need to be straight forward and state who we are, what we stand for, and how it can bless lives.

The Sister Training Leader taught about the subject of "Fearing Not" and started out with a quote that said: "Your spirit remembers your premortal assignments and aspirations. What are you willing to give up believing so that you can be all that you really are meant to be." --Wendy L. Watson
She talked about the many roles that missionaries play and how they were treated each day as they fulfilled those roles. She likened them to the Anti-Lehi-Nephites who were slain because of their belief in God. Missionaries don't give up their lives, but they are called names and have doors slammed in their faces.
Alma 24:21-26
Now when the people saw that they were coming against them they went out to meet them,
Now when the people saw that they were coming against them they went out to meet them,
and prostrated themselves before them to the earth, and began to call on the name of the Lord;
and thus they were in this attitude when the Lamanites began to fall upon them, and began to slay them with the sword.
And thus without meeting any resistance, they did slay a thousand and five of them; and we know that they are blessed, for they have gone to dwell with their God.Now when the Lamanites saw that their brethren would not flee from the sword, neither would they turn aside to the right hand or to the left, but that they would lie down and perish, and praised God even in the very act of perishing under the sword—
Now when the Lamanites saw this they did forbear from slaying them; and there were many whose hearts had swollen in them for those of their brethren who had fallen under the sword, for they repented of the things which they had done.
And it came to pass that they threw down their weapons of war, and they would not take them again, for they were stung for the murders which they had committed; and they came down even as their brethren, relying upon the mercies of those whose arms were lifted to slay them.
And it came to pass that the people of God were joined that day by more than the number who had been slain; and those who had been slain were righteous people, therefore we have no reason to doubt but what they were saved.
She then talked about how some missionaries are planters, some waterers, and some reapers, but we all have a purpose and reason for being missionaries in the Italy Rome Mission.
1 Corinthians 3:5-11
Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed,
even as the Lord gave to every man?
I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth;
but God that giveth the increase.
Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man
shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.
For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry,
ye are God's building.
According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder,
I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon.
But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

For the final section of the meeting, President Waddoups emphasized that no missionary should have fear and then showed a video of President Uchtdorf giving a talk on Fear Not.
