The Napoli Zone Conference is always held at the Pozzuolli chapel. It's very difficult to find, but the view from the balcony of the church is fabulous.
This transfer period we hold Zone Conferences instead of Specialized Training. This is also the six week period when President Waddoups interviews each of the missionaries. The Napoli Zone has twenty-two missionaries.
As we watch the missionaries interact with each other, answer questions, respond to training, and talk to President during their interview, we learn a lot about each of them individually. Sometimes the spirit whispers that a specific missionary is struggling in some area or it might also whisper that he/she is really in tune with the spirit. The revelatory process really helps us and we feel inspiration seep into us as we look at them and try to figure out what we need to do to help them become the "best they can bee".
The theme this Zone Conference is Bee-ing Obedient. I created a game to help the missionaries better understand the missionary handbook and how following the guidelines can bless their lives spiritually and physically.
The feedback we are getting on the new book each of the missionaries is getting on how to deal with stress is very positive.
