I am amazed how different each Zone Conference is. We had an agenda for Zone Conference and thought we would do the same thing at each one. It just doesn't work that way. Somewhere along the line, the spirit leads in a different direction and each conference ends up being vastly different. They are all wonderful and the spirit is strong, but different areas have different needs.
